Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 7 to 14 days after the order is received. Please note that certain items, especially those requiring 3D printing and/or custom painting, may require additional time before shipping. This timeframe may vary depending on the type of item and the current volume of orders.

Once ready, packages are sent via La Poste with a tracking number. They are usually delivered without requiring a signature. However, it is also possible to opt for delivery with a signature via La Poste. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it may incur additional costs.

Regardless of the delivery method chosen, you will receive a link to track your package online as soon as it is shipped.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order to minimize shipping costs. Please note that we cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them.

Special care is taken with fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
